Inspired by Provence, the name, which means “Thank you” in Provençal, reflects the gratitude and conviviality of moments shared with friends and family in a warm and welcoming atmosphere...!

Gramaci welcomes lovers of farniente in a sunny atmosphere, from breakfast in the morning to afterwork and dinner. The warm, comfortable and timeless space fuses multiple cultural influences. Like its cuisine, it's an invitation to travel and share! Gramaci offers a seasonal and evolving menu, featuring Mediterranean specialties. As soon as you enter, a delicious aroma of spices announces a lunch or dinner of authentic flavors. The plate is generous, with dishes such as Pugliese burrata with heirloom tomatoes, shallots, baby basil and olive oil, or sea bream carpaccio with preserved lemon, Espelette pepper, chives and lemon vinaigrette.

The menu offers a variety of small, vitamin-packed, comforting dishes with southern flavors: mini vegetables stuffed with minced meat, bread, shallots, Taggiasches olives and sun-dried tomatoes; a colorful dish of linguine with prawn tartar, bisque, tomato sauce, garlic, tarragon, olive oil and Menton lemon; or a beautiful Sole meunière or a Cote de veau Milanaise to share.  

On the dessert side, the choice includes several transalpine specialties, such as torta caprese, a specialty of Capri, tiramisu, tarte tropézienne and affogato al caffè. These desserts, emblematic of Provençal and Italian tradition, are the perfect complement to a meal, offering a sweet, authentic touch.”
