Accessibility
This page outlines our commitments to digital accessibility and defines the level of compliance of this website with current regulations and standards.
What is digital accessibility?
Digital accessibility is a set of rules and best practices covering functional, graphic, technical and editorial aspects.
Following these rules and best practices ensures that digital media (websites, mobile applications, PDF documents, etc.) are accessible to people with disabilities.
An accessible website allows users to, for example:
- Customise the display via the operating system and/or browser (enlarge or reduce font size, change font type, change colours, disable animations, etc.).
- Navigate using assistive technologies such as speech synthesis or a Braille display.
- Navigate without using a mouse, using only the keyboard, switches or a touch screen.
- View videos and audio content using subtitles and/or transcripts.
- Etc.
Digital Accessibility Commitments
Paris la Défense is committed to making its websites (internet, intranet, and extranet), mobile applications, software packages, and digital street furniture accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

However, it has been verified that their presence does not prevent the use and consultation of the rest of the site.
Validity of the generated source code
The generated source code for the website pages is not fully valid according to the specified document type.
However, for the reasons discussed below, RGAA criterion 8.2 corresponding to this point has been marked as compliant.
Officially, WCAG criterion 4.1.1 relating to this RGAA criterion 8.2 has been removed from WCAG 2.2 and must be considered as still met with respect to WCAG 2.1 and the European standard EN 301 549.
In practice, this criterion no longer provides any benefit for accessibility for people with disabilities. Any accessibility issues arising from the invalidity of the generated source code are covered by other RGAA criteria.
