Since 2015, Los Pollos has been reinventing charcoal-grilled chicken, from quick meals to festive evenings, with Portuguese-style grilled chicken (frango no churrasco), marinated and then cooked on a spit. Although Portuguese, this iconic dish has spread to every continent.
