Chef Marc Tauch's epicurean menu ranges from shellfish and raw bar to grilled meats.

In summer, the kitchen moves to the terrace, so come and discover the giant brazier on the esplanade of La Défense, in front of the Bassin Takis.

At nightfall, around the large bar, signature cocktails are offered by a team of mixologists for afterwork or private parties.
