Crossfit Factory is an air-conditioned training center covering more than 400 m², located in Puteaux, a stone's throw from La Défense. The facility specializes in the CrossFit method, a combination of athletic strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance sports, as well as functional training and classic movements.

Every day, you can take part in small group classes led by experienced coaches, or come and train on your own during the “Open Gym” sessions. You'll climb, push, lift, pull, jump, and more to build iron-clad health while transforming and shaping your body and strengthening your mind!

CrossFit is for all ages, and every Wednesday you can share your passion with your children thanks to CrossFit Kids & Teens classes... And grandparents and beginners too! With CrossFit Senior, regardless of age and level, everyone can come and practice on Wednesdays and Fridays. There are also offers for companies, so you can try CrossFit with your colleagues, with different coaching options available.
