Crossfit Factory is a 400 m² air-conditioned training center in Puteaux, just a stone's throw from La Défense. The facility specializes in the CrossFit method, a combination of athletic strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance sports, and functional training, the practice of classic movements.

Every day, you can take part in small-group classes led by experienced trainers, or come and train on your own during "Open gym" sessions. You'll be climbing, pushing, lifting, pulling, jumping, ... forging an iron constitution while transforming and shaping your body and strengthening your mind!

CrossFit can be practised at any age, and every Wednesday you can share your passion with your children in CrossFit Kids & Teens classes ... And grandparents and beginners too! With CrossFit Senior, whatever your age or level, everyone can come and practice on Wednesdays and Fridays. There are also offers for companies to come and try CrossFit with colleagues, with different coaching formulas available.
