Dynamo Cycling is the only indoor-cycling gym in La Défense. Located on level -1 of the CNIT building, this gym specializes in indoor cycling, offering sessions on bikes set to music, to work on your cardio and abs.

Different formulas are offered, with classes ranging from 45 to 90 minutes. At Dynamo, you can choose to do your class in English, with live improvisation by an artist, in aid of charity, or with a stretching session to finish. Several offers are available, including a one-session trial offer and a 3-session welcome offer. Sessions can be booked individually, or in packs of 5, 10, 20 or 30 credits. There is also a student offer for 1 session and a student pack of 5 sessions.

For companies, it's possible to organize group sessions. All you need to do is book a studio with a coach, and it's even possible to organize a moment of relaxation after the session.
