This work, made of polyester resin, has been on display at Place de la Coupole since 1983. With its organic forms, it is a reference to the imaginary, drawing its sources, in particular, from the world of science fiction.

Born in Turin in 1928, Léonardo Delfino moved to Paris in 1953, to the great benefit of the city and its surrounding region, which would play host to many of his sculptures. His way of working consists in recovering steel from industrial waste, welding it and then casting it in synthetic materials.
