Square de la Dame Blanche

Square de la Dame Blanche
Adress : 9 avenue Jean Moulin - 92800 Puteaux
The Square de la Dame Blanche, located on the edge of the Circulaire, was a site with interesting shrubs and woodland, but neglected, often squatted and polluted with garbage. Following the management takeover by Paris La Défense, a restoration policy was launched in 2016, with a gradual restoration of the shrubbery and woodland.
The square forms part of the continuity of pedestrian paths from the Boieldieu district to the Villon district and Puteaux town center. The lawn is only mown around the paths, and the rest of the site is maintained by late mowing. Maples, ashes and black pines make up the majority of tree species. The undergrowth is covered with leaves and creeping ivy, providing a habitat for interesting biodiversity.
This area was awarded the "eco-garden" label in 2022.
