New headquarters for Swiss Life France
Close to the Mama Shelter hotel in Puteaux and the Campus Cyber, Le Bellini is part of a rapidly changing area connected to the public transport network. By 2024, all Swiss Life France employees in Levallois will move into this brand-new building, which will become the group's headquarters in France.
Boasting exceptional visibility on the banks of the Seine and a striking architectural design, this office building, designed by Franklin Azzi Architecture, will offer more than 18,000 square meters of office space spread over 13 floors, with terraces and a rooftop. The ground floor will feature a large glass-enclosed lobby and two retail outlets, including a restaurant directly overlooking Rue Bellini and open to the public. In addition, Le Bellini will offer a range of services (fitness center, company restaurant, bicycle storage, etc.) and a variety of outdoor spaces.
Le Bellini was designed to be built with high-quality, sustainable materials. On the lower levels, the building will feature a stone-clad base. The upper section will be composed of entirely glass-covered layers.
