The renovation of the Adria Tower and its three-story extension are signs of a reinvention for the business district. At the heart of the Hopen project is a desire to open up and offer a new type of office building not only to its users but also to residents.

From the outset, Hopen was designed to combine social and environmental responsibility, to prioritize the reversibility of spaces, and to accommodate a variety of services. A large part of the base will be open to employees and the general public. Hopen will thus become a true destination, combining restaurants, shops, services, and culture. At the top, the tower's other flagship space: a restaurant with a view of the horizon, open to the general public and offering a unique view of Paris La Défense and western Paris from a height of 150 meters.

With a building base accessible to all, a panoramic rooftop, dining areas, services, and a large bicycle parking area (450 m²), Hopen aims to create new links between employees and residents of Paris La Défense.

Restructuring rather than destroying: a powerful message at the heart of Paris La Défense. Following on from the Aurore Tower and Carré Michelet, this tower once again demonstrates the commitment made several years ago to transform and renovate the building stock. Hopen is aiming for environmental certifications: HQE and BREEAM Excellent labels.

Concrete actions in favor of sustainable development are being considered, right down to the services offered: bicycle storage, waste reduction, and sustainable waste treatment. The investor Praemia REIM France is also committed to the health and well-being of the tower's future users by aiming for Well Gold, Well HSR, and Ready to Osmoz labels.
