In the Croissant sector, the Lot G project covers 10,422 m² and provides for 145 housing units (68 private, 59 LLI, 18 BRS). It consists of three blocks ranging from nine to thirteen stories high. Two blocks are connected by a four-story base. The other two are separated by an open garden. A 463 m² community hall occupies a large part of the base of the building located to the east. The multipurpose hall can be divided into two parts.

A 52 m² coworking space occupies the corner opposite the community hall. It is accessible to residents of the building.

On the ground floor of the easternmost block, bordering phase 1 of Le Croissant, two commercial premises can be combined into a single 300 m² space. The investor is Cristal.
