Located in the heart of the Seine-Arche ZAC, in the Croissant neighborhood, this project involves the construction of an intergenerational residential complex with 84 units and a commercial space on the ground floor. The building ranges in height from five to nine stories, with a two-level base: the ground-floor retail level and a residential mezzanine level, located only on the western side of the lot. A garden with native plants surrounds the building, notably on the east side with a residential garden.
