The Lot M project covers 7,173 m² and includes 81 housing units (49 for the open market and 32 BRS units). It consists of a low-rise base comprising a ground floor and one story, from which two four-story buildings rise at the northeast and southwest corners, as well as two other structures reaching up to nine stories.

A rooftop garden is planned on the fourth floor, visible from the public space.

The 1,670-square-meter gymnasium is located on the ground floor and lower ground floor. It is naturally lit by glass facades facing the public space. 

2 buildings with 8 stories and 2 buildings with 3 stories, for a total of 7,174 m² of gross floor area, comprising 81 housing units:

• 49 units for open-market purchase, 32 units under a solidarity-based lease,
• and a gymnasium for the city of Nanterre.
