The Nirvana Project consists of the major restructuring and extension of the existing building known as Being, located between Rue Ségoffin and Rue du Capitaine Guynemer in Courbevoie.

Program overview

This project plans to increase the floor space to approximately 20,500 m² according to the following program:

  • Approximately 20,100 m² for office use and 400 m² for commercial use.
  • A parking lot with 157 parking spaces, including 4 for people with reduced mobility, as well as bicycle parking on four basement levels.

In addition, the Nirvana project includes:

  • The restructuring and extension of the existing non-high-rise building, changing its classification from a Labor Code building to a non-high-rise Labor Code building and a third-category public building.
  • The redevelopment and enhancement of the base in connection with the public domain and the creation of an active base. The redefinition of boundaries will also be a lever for opening up the building to the city.
  • The reorganization of access points (pedestrians, bicycles, parking, delivery area) and in particular the creation of identifiable entrances on the street via new forecourts.
  • The proposal for a contemporary design for the facades that fits in with their environment.
  • The reorganization of functional connections within the building and the improvement of the building's operation.
  • The creation of a restaurant and co-working space, a green walkway on the top two floors and on the roof, as well as the improvement of spaces, services, flexibility, and technical and environmental performance.
