The Silver Island program is located in the Michelet neighborhood of Puteaux, near the Boulevard Circulaire de La Défense, close to the Passerelle des Vignes. The plot was originally occupied by an eight-story building with two basement levels. The 12-meter-wide ring shape of the existing building, which encloses the interior spaces of the block, led to the decision to demolish and rebuild.

The new building has been completely rebuilt and now benefits from a new layout. The U-shaped layout now features a spacious, open garden in the center of the block. The project has three basement levels, a garden level, a nine-story superstructure, and a mezzanine.

The street façade, originally punctuated by metal frames, now takes the form of a thin double skin composed of large glass triangles with varying angles. In order to preserve the views of neighboring homes, the building draws inspiration from the stepped morphology of the existing building. A double-height system shapes the silhouette of the building. One of the building's distinctive features is a monumental staircase that runs along the façade, designed in the spirit of Parisian staircases. The building offers terraced gardens. Access to the building is via the lobby located at the Liberté roundabout.

Silver Island has a private car park with 140 spaces, a bicycle storage area, an inter-company restaurant, and a rooftop terrace.
