A mixed program
The Jardins de l'Arche tower project, developed by ADIM and OCEANIS within the Seine-Arche joint development zone in Nanterre, is a 62,000 m² mixed-use tower located on a site bordered by Paris La Défense Arena, the Hauts-de-Seine Departmental Hotel, Boulevard de La Défense, and the Neuilly-sur-Seine cemetery. The high degree of diversity in this 206-meter tower is one of the project's strengths, as is its openness to the public via accessible spaces at the base and top (gym, swimming pool, restaurant, sky bar, and public observation deck).
Bold architecture
The tower consists of five horizontal blocks offset from one another, creating terraces planted with greenery for fresh air and landings marking the transition between uses. At the top, a belvedere open to the public free of charge will offer a panoramic view of Paris and its historic axis.
Focus on the Ecla Campus co-living residence
The apartments will be furnished and equipped, with no minimum stay requirement. Large shared spaces will be provided with innovative integrated services (co-working spaces, dining areas, café, collaborative kitchens, gym, cinema room, video game room, etc.). A variety of accommodation options will be available: cabin dormitories, co-living (for 2, 3, or 4 people), studios and one-bedroom apartments, and cozy rooms.
