The Alto Tower is located partly on the site of the Saisons office building, which was demolished in 2016. Completed in 2020, the tower is connected to Boulevard Circulaire by a new gently sloping forecourt, renamed Place Zaha Hadid, and linked to Place des Saisons. It thus offers a prime location and easy access. It is accompanied by the creation of a retail space on the ground floor, Dubble.
With its flared shape, it features a facade covered with 3,800 glass scales, a unique feature that harmoniously complements the Paris La Défense skyline. The tower has two protected, green open terraces on the 36th and 37th floors and also meets the highest environmental certification standards: HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Excellent.
Today, around ten companies have moved into the tower and are enjoying its services and terraces: Bureau Véritas (inspection institute), Pandora (jewelry), B2V (social protection), Optimind (risk management), Fujitsu Technology Solutions (new technologies), etc.
A word about the architect
IF Architectes, based in Courbevoie, is a firm that stands out for its knowledge of the region and its multidisciplinary references, covering housing, commercial, and retail projects. The agency is behind the now iconic vase-shaped design of the tower. IF Architects had to take into account numerous constraints, particularly the limited footprint, in order to successfully design spacious office spaces by reducing the size of the core.
