The “Les Balcons de l'Arche” residence, developed by BNP Paribas Immobilier and the Office municipal d'HLM de Nanterre, was designed by LLTR architects.

Delivered in June 2011, “Les Balcons de l'Arche” is part of the Paris La Défense development project, at the heart of the Terrasses area near the Grande Arche. "Les Balcons de l'Arche is part of a fast-growing area offering a mix of housing, shops, offices, amenities and a dense communications network (A86, A14, RER).

Located at 625 Terrasses de l'Arche in Nanterre, “Les Balcons de l'Arche” comprises 126 affordable housing units and 58 social housing units sold to OPHLM de Nanterre.

The program also includes 1,500 m² net floor area of shops. The entire project has been subject to an ambitious environmental approach, with the “Habitat et Environnement” label awarded by CERQUAL.
