The Canopy building is located on the quayside in Courbevoie, just a few minutes' walk from the Esplanade de La Défense metro station. It benefits from a dynamic and pleasant environment with places to live and relax, restaurants and sports complexes.

In 2019, the Canopy building, renovated in the 90s, has been restructured by architects Yrieix Martineau Architecture and interior designers Outsign. This was an opportunity to redevelop the office floors, improve common spaces and make the lobby and atrium more pleasant for building users. The rooftop is now accessible, and a terrace has been laid out to take advantage of the view over the Seine and Paris. The 43,500 m² building now comprises 38,500 m² of office space, 3,700 m² of services and 3,000 m² of green spaces.

Yrieix Martineau founded the YMA agency in 2011. For over 10 years, the agency has been working on restructuring projects for commercial buildings, high-rise buildings and hotels. YMA's biggest projects include the First and Initiale towers in La Défense, the renovation of the Adia tower in Abu Dhabi, and the design of the Parc du Millénaire 3 & 4 commercial complex in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
