Together with the Lavoisier building, the La Fayette tower forms a double office complex. Both buildings feature a square layout and sharp angles to break with the monotony of the facades of first-generation buildings. To achieve this, the architects also chose a stone cladding mixed with smoked glass. On an urban scale, the complex ensures continuity between the La Défense perimeter and the urban fabric of Courbevoie.

A word about architects

Founded in 1969, the Sopha art and architecture studio bases its originality on its multidisciplinary approach and its relationships with industry. It deals with issues relating to urban planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design, and design.

The studio has designed large real estate complexes in France and abroad. In La Défense, it created the La Fayette-Lavoisier double complex.
