The Realtys building (now IFpass) was built in 1984 to house the headquarters of Sari. This five-story building, clad in aluminum, has a T-shaped floor plan. Completely renovated in 2008, the building now houses IFpass (the Insurance Profession Training Institute) and Enass (the National Insurance School).

A word about the architect

Philippe Alliaume, born in 1929, was active from the 1960s to the 2000s. After building numerous residences, he opened his agency in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. In 1984, he was entrusted with the construction of the Realtys building, which was later renovated to house a campus for several schools, including Ifpass.
