Originally consisting of two office towers, the Pascal Towers, it has been transformed into a single complex called “Landscape.” The restructuring project involved raising the height of the building, constructing the space between the two original towers, redesigning the lobby, and improving the building's energy performance.

Landscape enjoys optimal accessibility, just a stone's throw from the Grande Arche and accessible via the La Défense forecourt, a 2-minute walk from the RER and metro, and 10 minutes from the center of Paris. Landscape also benefits from VIP service and 435 parking spaces. It is part of the Rose de Cherbourg urban project, which has been completely redeveloped with a suspended green promenade inspired by New York's High Line, as well as new links between the city of Puteaux, La Défense, and Westfield Les 4 Temps.

An ambitious architectural challenge

From the inside, Landscape opens up new perspectives, offering all its occupants an outward-looking living and working experience. Everyone, without exception, benefits from natural light at their workstation. Landscape incorporates a comprehensive and innovative range of services (next-generation business center, varied dining areas, gym, full-service concierge, wellness area, community library, vegetable garden), and thus adapts to the latest environmental standards.

With its ten facades and just as many viewing angles, the new complex maximizes natural light with a 360° view. Thanks to its exceptionally large floors, it pushes the boundaries of space and embodies the horizontality of our new ways of living and working. Physical and symbolic barriers are broken down, giving way to an experience of total comfort.

Architect Dominique Perrault designed a 20 cm envelope to cover the building's façade and a second skin with high thermal performance, whose hundreds of glass scales and silver threads create an aesthetic that enhances the façade with their sparkle. They also provide great comfort to its occupants, as they allow the windows to be opened and natural ventilation to be used.
