A true technical feat, Latitude is the redevelopment of a former 1970s building (Berkeley Building) and a parking garage located beneath Patrick-Devedjian Boulevard. Latitude was developed by Générale Continentale Investissements (GCI) in partnership with Benson Elliot Capital Management (BECM). Latitude was designed to offer an inclusive working environment through the spatial and architectural considerations of its ultra-modern facilities and services. With a bold design by Studios Architecture, just a stone's throw from the CNIT and on the banks of Boulevard Patrick-Devedjian, the building enjoys high visibility. Latitude stands out for its specific architectural features, with a curved design and a wave of ribbons enveloping the building.
The design of the complex is based on the trilogy “an address-ideas-a community.” Beyond high-performance offices, Latitude offers a range of services unprecedented to date, with reversible spaces that bring a sense of urbanity to the building. The lively base contributes to the emulation of its users, so that the destination of work, whatever the time of day, becomes a pleasure. As an extension of its lobby, its Services center has been designed as an “à la Parisienne” interior street with a brasserie, pizzeria, grocery store, coffee bar, etc., which can be converted into workspaces, multipurpose rooms, and reception areas. Its purpose is to create a friendly and attractive hub within the building. Ideally located in an environment redeveloped by Paris La Défense and benefiting from easy access (elevators, new staircases, etc.) to the “Cœur Transport” multimodal hub. Latitude is home to the management of Sopra Steria's France division as well as several operational and functional entities based in the Paris region, bringing together nearly 2,000 employees on this site.
Latitude is:
- 22,141 m² of office space spread over 8 floors;
- 267 parking spaces for cars, 33 for motorcycles, and 55 for bicycles;
- spacious, efficient, and bright office floors with an average usable area of 2,200 m²;
- a diverse range of restaurants and services on the ground floor;
- environmental certifications and labels: HQE “Exceptional,” BREEAM “Excellent,” Effinergie+, ready for Well Core and Shell label, Wiredscore “Platinum” level;
- excellent visibility from the circular boulevard and the CNIT. Less than a 5-minute walk from La Défense public transportation (RER A, Metro 1), easily accessible by newly installed elevators, escalators, and stairs.
