The Maréchal Leclerc residence is made up of a variety of volumes and authors based on the principle of decomposing plans. Developed in tiers, it gradually rises from seven to seventeen floors (for a total of 204 apartments). While draining rainwater, the panels create patterns of light and shadow that enhance the liveliness of the rounded facades.

A word about architects

The architects in charge of the project are familiar with La Défense. Daniel Badani was an architectural consultant for Epad. Partners since 1946, along with Pierre Roux-Dorlut, they both have considerable works to their credit. Considered one of the most productive duos of the Trente Glorieuses, their works are present all along the monumental axis. In particular, they designed the underground passages of the Tuileries!
