The Nouvelle Vague program enjoys a strategic location at the foot of Paris La Défense Arena and the future RER E station. Perfectly integrated with the two Origine buildings, this residential building offers its residents comfort and a “green” living environment in a lively neighborhood. This ten-story residence with green facades offers 145 two- to five-room duplex apartments, with shops and a nursery on the ground floor. The elegant and warm interiors feature high-quality materials. They prioritize generous spaces, light circulation, and the functionality of a hyperconnected and sustainable home. The residence has received three awards for its energy and environmental performance: RT 2012 (Cep -10%, Bbio -20%), NF Habitat HQE Very High Performance, and the Biosourcé building label. The private outdoor spaces are varied, including terraces, balconies, and loggias. At the heart of the block, there is an unobstructed view of the nursery's garden. With such assets, Nouvelle Vague easily attracted buyers looking for first-class properties.

The program includes 10,000 m² of housing:

  • 78 homes for first-time buyers, representing 5,580 m² of floor space;
  • 67 social rental homes, representing 4,575 m² of floor space;
  • 1 private nursery, representing 454 m² of floor space;
  • 1 commercial space on the ground floor of the building, representing 269 m² of gross floor area.

The street-facing façade consists of a double skin of perforated metal panels. The rear façade is set back from the ground floor, providing the homes with large terraces. Origine also offers commercial space at the base of the building.

A word about architects

Founded in 2006, the agency brings together around twenty employees with strong skills and personalities. Maud Caubet Architectes takes an instinctive approach, bringing small and large scale to the same level in the design of its projects, ensuring that links are forged between architecture, design, and the landscape in which they are located. Keen to respond to a wide range of issues, the agency works on construction and renovation projects, as well as programs offering mixed uses, housing, offices, hotels, and public facilities. The agency is behind several projects, including the Technip headquarters, the Origine project in Nanterre 92 (Icade), the L'Oréal France headquarters in Levallois-Perret, the RTE headquarters, the Initiale tower (Bellini) in La Défense 92, and the cultural center and early childhood facility in Pantin.
