The Pesaro Residence project bridges the gap between the institutional architecture of the Prefecture and the domestic design of the Provinces Françaises neighborhood. The monumental scale of the Prefecture side is scaled down to a human scale towards the Provinces Françaises. Between the two, openings allow the eye to see beyond the facades.

A double skin of screen-printed glass allows the intermediate spaces to be used as greenhouses in winter and ventilated spaces in summer. The roofs, transformed into vegetable gardens, are accessible to residents who do not have loggias. The operators Logipostel and Toit & Joie called on the architects X'Tu for the design. The complex comprises 164 housing units: 36 for assisted home ownership marketed by Logipostel and 128 social housing units, of which 48 are managed by the OMHLM and 80 by Toit & Joie.

The premises on the ground floor of the building are occupied by the Hauts-de-Seine Council for Architecture and Urban Planning (January 2013) and there is a playground on the terrace at the foot of the building.

The deed of sale was signed on March 22, 2010. The building was delivered in September 2012.

A word about the architect
