The renovation project for the Prisma Tower, led by investor Ivanhoé Cambridge, was entrusted to Axel Schoenert Architectes Associés.

The restructuring of this 27,488 m² building had the following objectives:

to give the Prisma tower a new look and identity,
to make it competitive with other big projects going on,
to get it certified and labeled as part of a sustainable development approach.

The choice of materials and layout of the spaces offer great flexibility in terms of organization, creating welcoming and elegant spaces.

The project was carried out in line with environmental standards, with plans to obtain dual HQE Exploitation and LEED Existing Building certification.

The tower was completed in June 2011.

A word about the architect

Axel Schoernert founded the Franco-German agency ASA with interior designer Zsofia Varnagy in 1999. He assembled a multicultural team with diverse specialties. Since then, Axel Schoenert Architects has completed numerous projects and won awards that are benchmarks in the field of architecture. In 2024, the delivery of the Lilo student and co-living residence, which will replace the Le Guillaumet tower, will enable ASA to sign a new project in La Défense.
