SoWork is a 12-story office and service building that was renovated by the architectural firm Lobjoy-Bouvier-Boisseau. The renovation created bright office spaces, new, higher-quality dining areas, and a green patio. An interactive 5-meter artwork by Emmanuel Mâa Berriet was installed in the lobby.
A word about architects
The Lobjoy-Bouvier-Boisseau architectural firm was founded by Ludovic Lobjoy in 1986. He was quickly joined by a former classmate, Céline Bouvier. In 2006, Jean-Lou Boisseau joined the agency as a partner. The three partners were finally joined by Sébastien Krafft in 2013. The firm has thus developed its expertise in urban planning, landscape design, diversified housing development, renovation of obsolete offices, and the creation of public spaces. In 2019, the firm launched LBBA-LabClimat to support its projects with a focus on ecological transition and environmental issues.
