The Trinity Tower is France's first “high-rise bridge.” The project, delivered in 2020, is a technical feat: the building complex spans the seven lanes of Avenue de la Division Leclerc, including the access ramp to the La Défense tunnel (A14). In addition to creating new public spaces and modernizing the intersection, it provides a new connection to the slab.
Thanks to its off-center core, which shifts the elevators to the façade in a transparent manner, it interacts with its environment and reveals its activity through bioclimatic and kinetic façades that optimize light intake and terraces that punctuate the floors with trees planted in the ground. Trinity aims to place the building's architecture at the service of these new ways of working: completely open-plan spaces, terraces planted with trees and loggias, hybrid spaces, restaurants, rooftop business centers, and more.
The tower's 52,600 m² are divided as follows:
- 49,000 m² of office space
- 500 m² of retail space
- 3,500 m² of green space
The tower meets international environmental standards: it has been awarded both HQE “Exceptional” and BREEAM “Excellent” certifications.
Today, around ten companies from a variety of sectors benefit from the tower's cutting-edge services: Sopra Steria (consulting firm), Afflelou (optics), Technip (energy engineering and construction), Welkin & Meraki (co-working spaces), Altitude (networks), Santarelli (consulting firm), Viatris (pharmaceutical industry), etc.
A word about the architect
