Blood Donation in Paris La Défense from July 27 to August 7, 2026

From Monday, July 27, to Friday, August 7, 2026, the Hilton Paris La Défense hotel will host the Établissement Français du Sang (EFS) for a much-needed blood drive. It’s the perfect opportunity to do a good deed through a meaningful and important act!

If you want to know how you can help those in need, this is the place to be!

The volunteer teams from the Etablissement Français du Sang look forward to seeing you in Rooms Rome 1 and 2 on the 5th floor of the Hilton Paris La Défense! For two weeks, Monday through Friday, you can help replenish blood supplies, which tend to run low during holiday periods even as demand remains high. Whether you’re a local resident, an employee, or a visitor, everyone is welcome to do a good deed! Book a time slot, arrive at the scheduled time, and the volunteers will take care of you.

Donating blood is a quick and easy way to help those in need. Because, in case you didn’t know, one donation can save three lives! Before making an appointment, it’s essential to make sure you’re eligible to donate by completing the online pre-screening questionnaire on the EFS website. If everything checks out, simply schedule an appointment and follow the instructions of the healthcare staff and volunteers on site. The appointment lasts about an hour, but the donation itself takes only 10 minutes. In short, a little of your time can help people who have been in a serious accident, have cancer, or suffer from a rare disease…
