The Hilton Paris La Défense hotel is opening its ROME 1 & 2 rooms for a blood drive organized by the French blood bank during the Christmas holidays. This location will be accessible for one week, provided that you contribute to replenishing the blood banks! Whether you are a resident, a user, or just passing through, everyone is welcome to do a good deed! Book a slot between Monday, December 29, 2025, and Friday, January 2, 2026, come at the appointed time, and the volunteers will take care of you!

Donating blood is a simple, quick, and effective way to help those in need. Because yes, one donation saves three lives! The donation process is simple. Before making an appointment, it is essential to make sure that you are eligible to donate. To determine whether or not you are able to participate in the collection, you can complete an online pre-questionnaire on the EFS website. If everything checks out, then all you have to do is make an appointment and follow the instructions of the healthcare staff and volunteers on site. The entire appointment lasts about an hour, but the donation itself takes about 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes can help people with cancer or rare diseases, or improve the chances of survival in cases of hemorrhage. Remember, one donation can save three lives!
