Blood drive in Paris La Défense on Monday, April 20, and Tuesday, April 21, 2026

On Monday, April 20, and Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the Hilton Paris La Défense hotel will host the French Blood Establishment (EFS) for a much-needed blood drive. This is the perfect opportunity to do a good deed through a meaningful, effective, and important act!

The EFS volunteer team looks forward to seeing you in Rooms Rome 1 and 2 on the 5th floor of the Hilton Paris La Défense hotel! Over the course of two days, you can help replenish blood banks that are currently facing a serious shortage. Whether you’re a local resident, a regular visitor, or just passing through, everyone is welcome to do a good deed! Book a time slot, arrive at the scheduled time, and the volunteers will take care of you!

Donating blood is a simple, quick, and effective way to help those in need. Because, in case you didn’t know, one donation saves three lives! The process is simple: before making an appointment, it’s essential to make sure you’re eligible to donate. To find out, feel free to take an online pre-screening questionnaire on the EFS website. If everything checks out, then all you need to do is make an appointment and follow the guidance of the healthcare staff and volunteers on site. The entire appointment takes about an hour, but the donation itself only takes 10 minutes.
