Handigmatic: An escape game at Westfield CNIT from October 12 to 16, 2026

On Monday, October 12, Tuesday, October 13, Thursday, October 15, and Friday, October 16, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the Westfield CNIT shopping center will host a unique awareness-raising event: Handigmatic. The APF Handicap association is organizing an immersive escape game and a live game to raise awareness among visitors and employees in the business district about disability in a fun and engaging way.

Handigmatic uses the elements of gaming, immersion, and collective intelligence to raise awareness among as many people as possible about the daily lives of people with disabilities, while actively contributing to the creation of a more inclusive world.

Handigmatic is as enigmatic as its name suggests! It’s an immersive experience directly inspired by escape games. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to form a team and dive into an investigation that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Through a series of workshops, you’ll need to solve puzzles related to disability by using logic, critical thinking, and imagination.

There are two formats available:

• the immersive escape game for businesses;
• the live game to raise awareness among the general public.

These two fun activities will help you better understand the realities of disability, challenge common misconceptions, and discover behaviors that foster a more inclusive society. Through play, APF Handicap raises awareness while having fun.

It is active throughout France and across all areas of life: accessibility, education, employment, and health.
