The EFS volunteer teams look forward to seeing you in rooms Rome 1 and 2, on the 5th floor of the Hilton Paris La Défense hotel! For two days, you can help replenish blood banks, which are currently facing a severe shortage. Whether you live in the area, are a regular visitor, or are just passing through, everyone is welcome to do a good deed! Book a slot, arrive at the appointed time, and the volunteers will take care of you.

Donating blood is a simple, quick, and effective way to help those in need. Because yes, in case you didn't know, one donation saves three lives! The process is simple: before making an appointment, it is essential to ensure that you are eligible to donate. To find out, feel free to fill out a pre-questionnaire online on the EFS website. If everything checks out, then all you have to do is make an appointment and follow the instructions of the healthcare staff and volunteers on site. The entire appointment takes about an hour, but the donation itself only takes 10 minutes. In short, it takes very little of your time to help people with cancer or rare diseases, or to give someone a better chance of survival in the event of hemorrhage...
