Located in the Bellini district of Puteaux, the Sense project replaces the iconic Norma tower. The building is designed to be more modern. The architects have played with materials, light and shadow, and transparency. The facades are treated as a single unit with a combination of vertical white polished concrete and horizontal white lacquered glass and transparent glazing. Sense offers 19,000 m² of office and service space over seven floors, as well as a mezzanine that can accommodate up to 1,580 people. Inside, the building houses a large staff restaurant, a coffee shop, an auditorium, and a corporate concierge service. Sense also has a surprising interior courtyard with a series of cascading terraces covering approximately 1,400 m² overlooking a central patio.

A word about architects
Founded in 1986, the Lobjoy-Bouvier-Boisseau architecture and urban planning studio now has over 32 years of experience. Since the summer of 2012, the studio has been based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), in a fully renovated former porcelain factory, and is run by Ludovic Lobjoy, Céline Bouvier, Jean-Lou Boisseau, and Sébastien Krafft. The team of architects designs contemporary buildings in each of the agency's areas of expertise: offices and headquarters, housing, public facilities, urban projects, factories, multimodal transport hubs, and shopping centers.
The areas of expertise of the aaPGR - PRAT GIGOU RIDGWAY architects agency focus particularly on the creation of workplaces. Alain Prat, Joël Gigou, and Philip Ridway joined forces in 1999 to carry out a wide range of projects in varied geographical and cultural contexts. Over the years, the group has been enriched by a team of young colleagues specializing in different areas of expertise.
