| Located on the top floor of the Pavillon de la Tour Aurore, the Vatel School's training restaurant offers refined French cuisine served by students. Choose from three menus (Business, Elegant Vatel, and Grand Vatel) featuring Vatel's signature dishes, prepared and plated in the dining room, such as flambéed rib of beef or filleted fish, as well as generous cheese and dessert carts. Please note that the restaurant also has three private rooms (for 9 to 14 people) available upon reservation. |
