Located on the top floor of the Aurore Tower's pavilion, the Vatel School's experimental restaurant offers refines French cuisine served by students. Choose from three menus (Business, Elegant Vatel, and Grand Vatel) featuring Vatel's signature dishes, prepared and plated in the dining room, such as blazed rib of beef or filleted fish, as well as generous cheese and desser carts. Please note that the restaurant also has three private rooms (for 9 to 14 people) available upon reservation.
