This is why Paris La Défense has supported two new developments in recent years, adding to the wide range of student residences in the area.
YouFirst Campus Paris La Défense
Designed in collaboration with Ateliers Jean Nouvel, this residence of more than 400 homes (390 studios, 12 T2) opened at the start of the 2018 academic year. It offers a range of rental accommodation from studios to shared flats, with a range of services specifically tailored to students' needs: lounge, cafeteria, laundry, gym, etc.
Canvas
Opening in 2024, Canvas La Défense offers 644 furnished studios and apartments ranging from 18m² to 64m², providing an ideal housing solution for students and young professionals. The rent includes all utilities, and each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, a workspace, and optimized storage. Residents also benefit from modern amenities, social spaces such as a cinema room, a gym, and a rooftop terrace, as well as a team available 24/7, in a perfect setting for studying, working, or completing an internship.
Courbevoie – Modigliani
The Modigliani student residence is in the Faubourg de l'Arche district. It offers 240 studio apartments from 18 to 26 m2 and 10 double studio apartments of 60 m2.
Les Estudines Nanterre Université
Located in the Provinces Françaises district, the Estudines Nanterre Université student residence is close to the University of Paris Nanterre. The residence offers T1 and T2 flats, with fitted kitchens and shower rooms.
Néméa Appart’Etud Nanterre Campus
The flats in the Néméa Appart'Etud Nanterre Campus residence have a fitted kitchenette, a shower room and a furnished living room with a pull-out bed, desk and wardrobe.
Résidence étudiante Citadines La Défense Paris
The Citadines La Défense Paris residence offers students flats of 18 to 20 m2, for a minimum of three months. It is located just a stone's throw from the La Défense esplanade.
Résidence Pythagore Grande Arche
The Pythagore residence caters for students, young professionals and employees on professional mobility schemes. Located a stone's throw from the Parc du Millénaire, the residence offers studio flats from 18 to 21 m2, with a sleeping area, dining area and study area.
Stud’City Colline de l’Arche
In the Faubourg de l'Arche district, the Stud'City residence is located between the Pôle Léonard de Vinci and the Parc du Millénaire. The furnished flats range from T1 to T1 bis, and are between 17 and 37 m2 in size.
Studéa Grande Arche
The flats in the Studéa Grande Arche residence are located not far from the heart of the La Défense business district. The residence offers a wide range of services, including laundry facilities and a housekeeper on hand to help and advise students.
Studéa Léonard de Vinci
The flats in the Studéa Léonard de Vinci student residence range in size from 18 to 28 m2. The residence is connected so that students can find all the information they need on an application.
The Student Hotel Paris La Défense
Several types of accommodation are available in the residence. Students can choose between a classic room with or without a balcony, or a comfort room, with or without a balcony.
YouFirst Campus Paris Grande Arche
The YouFirst Campus Paris Grande Arche student residence is located behind the Grande Arche, a few metres from the Paris La Défense Arena, in the Skylight building. It has 168 furnished flats for students and young professionals, to live alone or in shared accommodation.
