The Synergies project involves the construction of a 10,909 m² office building on the site of the current LOTUS building.

The planned work includes:

• Demolition of the Lotus building's superstructure;
• Retention of the three levels of underground parking;
• Reconstruction of an eight-story office building on the ground floor, divisible into two lots;

Extension of the infrastructure to accommodate bicycle storage facilities and the various technical rooms necessary for the proper functioning of the new project. The operator's Synergies project is described in more detail in the appendix.

The construction of a housing complex consisting of:

• 50 new intermediate collective dwellings with 10 floors
• 27 new social collective dwellings with 8 floors
• A bicycle parking facility on the basement level.

The building will be designed with a mixed wood-concrete structure, with a central concrete core and a wooden post-and-beam system, as well as CLT (cross-laminated timber) floors, in accordance with RE 2020 standards and anticipating the 2025 thresholds.

Paris La Défense will also take advantage of the building's restructuring to redevelop all of the neighborhood's public spaces.
