At the end of Boulevard Pesaro, Arche en Seine was designed by Ateliers 234 on behalf of Icade-Capri, Vinci Immobilier.

The project, inaugurated on June 14, 2010, includes 84 homes for first-time buyers (Icade and Vinci), 36 intermediate rental homes (SNI and CDC), 39 social housing units (Osica), 1,313 m² of retail and commercial space, and 160 parking spaces.

In April 2008, this project was awarded a Pyramide d'Argent in the “real estate aesthetics” category by the jury of the competition organized by the Federation of Developers and Builders.
