Open since 2022 and continuing the tradition of the five buildings that make up L'archipel, Okko Hotels is located at the foot of Paris La Défense Arena along Boulevard de La Défense. This four-star hotel was designed by Danish architectural firm 3XN. Covering an area of 6,300 square meters, it has 184 rooms spread over nine floors.

By setting up in Nanterre, Okko Hotels hopes to benefit from the business clientele of the surrounding headquarters (notably that of the VINCI group) as well as the audience of the nearby Paris La Défense Arena. A place to live that combines aesthetics and functionality, the hotel includes a large club area, a fitness and sauna area, meeting rooms, and two terraces. The complex is completed by a restaurant on the ground floor, accessible to hotel guests and the public in the neighborhood, particularly customers from nearby offices.

A word about the architect

3XN is a Danish architecture firm behind the Nîmes Convention Center, the Quay Quarter Tower in Sydney, and the Holstebro Courthouse. They have won several architectural competitions for the Copenhagen Architects' House, the Ebeltoft Glass Museum, the Danish Embassy in Berlin (1998), and the Muziekgebouw concert hall in Amsterdam. The latter two structures have made a name for themselves on the international architectural scene thanks to their social approach and carefully planned spatial designs.

SRA Architects is a French architecture firm that has completed numerous large-scale projects such as the First Tower, La Samaritaine, the Maison de la Radio, and the Ilot Gaité in Montparnasse. It is behind many projects in La Défense, including the Alto Tower, Carpe Diem, Window, the Légende Tower, and the Areva Tower.
