Plenitude Arena, Europe's largest indoor arena
Nestled in the heart of the Jardins de l’Arche, right next to La Défense, Plenitude Arena is an iconic contributor to the neighborhood’s cultural vibrancy. A true symbol of the area’s transformation, the venue—set within a lively, dynamic, and ever-evolving space—contributes to the appeal of Paris La Défense.
An enclosure with a neighbourhood-wide dimension
Born out of a private project developed by Stadôme and Racing Arena, the complex was designed by the architectural firm Atelier Christian de Portzamparc in collaboration with Vinci, and the outdoor facilities were developed by Paris La Défense.
The venue stands out for its unprecedented capacity, accommodating up to 45,000 people for concert configurations and up to 30,000 for sports events. This capacity makes it the largest indoor performance venue in Europe. The complex also includes 31,000 m² of office space occupied by the Hauts-de-Seine Department and numerous retail outlets.
Its exterior façade, covered with 600 giant, dynamic aluminum and glass scales, offers an infinite array of lighting and color effects.
A high-tech structure that sets the tone for the spectacular
Since its opening, Plenitude Arena has become the international benchmark for major shows. It promises an unparalleled immersive experience thanks to its versatile and modular features: retractable bleachers stretching 13 km, 44 projectors, a giant 2,600-square-meter screen, 266 LED projectors, free high-definition Wi-Fi, concession stands, boxes, and sponsored lounges… The large arena offers cutting-edge technological innovations for artists, athletes, and major corporations, an exceptional acoustic experience, and a unique spectacle tailored to the rhythm of each event.
Ideal accessibility for all types of public
Plenitude Arena is located just a few minutes from the historic centre of Paris thanks to an exceptional transport network: RER A and E, metro, trains, trams, buses (16 lines) and a bus terminal for special transport. For spectators coming by public transport, the journey between the business district and the arena is fast via a wide pedestrian promenade.
In addition, 15,000 parking spaces are available near the venue.
