Performances Les Voyages, acrobatics at La Défense from June 8 to 12, 2026
As part of the 2026 Extatiques season, from June 8 to 12, 2026, the La Défense neighborhoods will become a stage for performances! For one week, the acrobats of Collectif XY will transform the towers and plaza into a poetic, aerial world.
The La Défense district will come alive in an extraordinary way! The acrobats of Collectif XY explore the verticality of concrete and glass to create poetry in motion, accessible to all. With Les Voyages, every journey becomes an adventure: everyday life blends with performance, and the city is transformed into a spectacular playground.
An immersive show in the city
The Collectif XY turns the ritual of performance on its head: immersion takes place in broad daylight, in the heart of the city, without a stage or seating. The artists move around in small groups or large ensembles, interacting with passersby, towers, and public squares.
Every space becomes a theater: a simple walk across a slab of concrete is transformed into a poetic journey where bodies defy gravity and tell a story. Spectators are both witnesses and stars of a universe in motion.
And on Tuesday, June 9, join the collective at the foot of La Grande Arche for two exceptional performances of their show Möbius!

The XY Collective: the magic of bodies in motion
Bringing together Circassian tradition and contemporary creation, Collectif XY works with acrobatic disciplines to create a movement art that goes far beyond the classical circus. With large teams, the artists multiply the possibilities and explore all dimensions of space while questioning the relationship between the individual and the group, the mass and the movement. Each performance is a visual and physical language where technique, poetry, and inventiveness come together.
XY is accredited by the Ministry of Culture, supported by the BNP-Paribas Foundation, and associated with national partner venues.
