Guichet Pro: online procedures for professionals

Guichet Pro simplifies your administrative procedures. Paris La Défense invites you to submit your requests exclusively via this platform.

For works (interventions in public spaces in connection with a construction site: surveys, visits, pre-construction work, maintenance, etc.):

• temporary occupation authorization;
• slab access;
• access to premises and galleries;
• road permit;
• noise exemption.

For events (interventions concerning an event in the public space in connection with the Paris La Défense events or communications department: animation, filming/shooting, distribution, food trucks, journalist visits...):

• slab access;
• access to premises and galleries.

For other access requirements (requests for access to private buildings or premises for the purpose of moving, delivery, various maintenance or rapid repair operations, inspection of existing equipment, surveys, etc.):

• slab access;
• access to premises and gallery.

Guichet Pro enables you to follow the entire process, from submitting your request to carrying out your intervention, thanks to an ergonomic interface that simplifies and tracks your requests. You can consult the progress of your requests at any time, and interact with your business contacts at Paris La Défense. You'll also be able to consult all the procedures and structuring documents provided by the business teams, to keep you fully informed.
