Interested in joining the Assistants and Office Managers Club?
The Assistants and Office Managers Club aims to transform Europe’s leading business district into a true playground and hub of opportunities for professionals who, on a daily basis, organize the day-to-day operations of companies through seminars and other professional events.
The Club has multiple objectives:
- To increase productivity by providing members with exclusive access to and in-depth knowledge of event venues—whether iconic or unique—to facilitate the organization of their projects;
- To foster local networking by creating a community where professionals in Paris La Défense can support one another and share experiences;
- To enhance the region’s appeal by keeping members informed of the latest news and promoting the services available in Paris La Défense (hotels, restaurants, culture) to professionals who organize their companies’ events.
The Club is:
- Exclusive, reserved for assistants, project managers, and office managers at companies in the area, including executive assistants, event managers, and communications officers;
- Free, to encourage broad participation.
Members meet twice a year to discover new venues, connect with local stakeholders, and enjoy each other’s company.
Paris La Défense: Clubs to Promote Social Cohesion
Paris La Défense hosts several professional clubs and networks in the area:
- The CSR and Sustainable Development Directors’ Club allows members to draw inspiration from the initiatives each has implemented regarding corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. It provides an opportunity to share best practices and develop joint projects.
- The HR Experts Club brings its members together several times a year to discuss specific topics related to the world of work. Thanks to the diversity of its economic fabric, the business district serves as a true testing ground for HR trends and practices, while offering members the opportunity to expand their networks.
- The MICE & Leisure Club enables professionals in the business and leisure tourism sectors to learn about the district’s tourism projects, forge connections with other local stakeholders, and participate in collective initiatives.
- Campus Paris La Défense works with its members to develop concrete initiatives to support students in the area and create services tailored to their needs in order to improve their quality of life.
- Paris La Défense Can B is a program that supports businesses, higher education institutions, and organizations in assessing their environmental, social, and societal impact. The goal is to identify avenues for improvement and collectively explore ways to accelerate the region’s transition.
- The GBD Innovation Club, founded in 2018, brings together 15 members from prestigious international business districts. They gather for themed meetings or study trips (learning expeditions).
