The Axe Étoile building is located just beyond the Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, on the Terrasses, in the extension of the Arche en Seine residential building and the Le Vermont office building. The 10,600 m2 building is spread over 10 floors. Prior to its acquisition by Freo and AnaCap Financial Parteners, the architectural firm LandScale was commissioned to renovate the facade, lobby, parking lots and cafeteria.

LandScale architecture firm was founded in 2008 by Alexandre Simon, Sylvain Euvé and Julie Rossi, all three architects with many years' experience. For over 15 years, the agency has been involved in construction and renovation projects, promoting contemporary and modern architecture while respecting societal issues.
