70 electric charging points in the Westfield Les 4 temps car parks

As part of its commitment to sustainable mobility, Q-Park recently installed 70 charging points for electric vehicles in car parks P1 and P2 at the Westfield Les 4 Temps shopping centre: a major step towards the urban energy transition!

An accessible and practical service

The first advantage of this new system is undeniably its ease of access! The charging stations installed by Q-Park are accessible to all users of Pass IZIVIA, the EDF subsidiary specialising in electric mobility, as well as to users of other mobility operators. Drivers can easily recharge their vehicles thanks to secure online payment by credit card. Finally, the tariff offered is €1.20 incl. VAT per charge and €0.55 incl. VAT/kWh, an attractive price to encourage the use of electric vehicles while making this service accessible to as many people as possible!

A key player in the urban energy transition

As France's leading car park operator and manager of the Paris La Défense car parks, Q-Park is playing a central role in the urban energy transition, particularly through this initiative. In fact, at a time when the European Union is imposing a ban on combustion engines by 2035, this initiative supports the development of electric vehicles. And Q-Park isn't stopping there: over the next few years, the company plans to deploy 4,000 additional charging points in its car parks across France, with the aim of supporting the rapid growth in the number of electric vehicles and playing an active part in reducing CO2 emissions!

A greener, more accessible future

By installing these charging stations, after equipping the car parks at La Défense with more than 630 spaces for bicycles, Q-Park is transforming its car parks into multifunctional spaces, where sustainable mobility and innovation meet. In the words of Michèle Salvadoretti, Managing Director of Q-Park France, ‘By transforming our car parks into genuine mobility hubs, we are supporting the energy transition and making life easier for people in the city’. This initiative promises to make life easier for everyone, but also to make cities more sustainable, connected and accessible, contributing to a cleaner, more environmentally-friendly energy future at the same time!
