Part of Boulevard de Neuilly will be closed from September to November 2026

From September 9 to mid-November 2026

Paris La Défense is carrying out works to create a cycle path on Boulevard de Neuilly, in front of the forecourts of the Fraser Suites, Novotel and Ibis Citadines hotels. These works follow on from those carried out by the City of Neuilly on the Neuilly Bridge.

A key route in the Ile-de-France Mobilités and Ile-de-France Region cycle network, the works affect two routes, the V4 and the V5, as well as the V20, which intersects these two routes.

The works, which will require cyclists to take a diversion, are due to begin on 9 September 2026 and be completed by mid-November 2026. They will involve:

  • a direct cycle route and priority for cyclists at junctions;
  • the retention of disabled parking spaces and coach parking;
  • the creation of a 4-metre two-way cycle lane along the hotel forecourts;
  • the reinforcement of the separation between the cycle lane and the pavement;
  • the creation of a single service lane for vehicles and coaches along the ring road.

These works are being carried out to improve the continuity of safe cycle routes, following on from the works currently being carried out by the City of Neuilly on the Neuilly Bridge.

During this period, cyclists will be directed to a diversion route via information signs.

To cross the Seine whilst this work is taking place, we recommend using the Puteaux Bridge and the Courbevoie Bridge.
