The Park: work on the grounds surrounding the Neuilly Défense residence and the CB21 tower
From mid-February to July 2026
Paris La Défense is continuing with the second phase of the park development project launched in January. Starting on 16 February 2026 and lasting five months, work to replace slabs and waterproofing will be carried out around the Neuilly Défense residence and the CB21 tower. The staircase and ramp connecting the two will be replaced by a wide ramp with a slope that will facilitate accessibility, particularly for people with reduced mobility.

Access to buildings, Metro line 1 and emergency exits will be maintained throughout the construction period.
Construction hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. No noisy work before 8 a.m. or between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. No work on weekends or public holidays.

The Neuilly Défense ramp construction phase – from mid-February to July 2026
- Setting up the work site,
- Removing slabs and blocks,
- Cleaning and installing new waterproofing,
- Installing the drainage layer and lightweight backfill,
- Laying cables and installing lighting fixtures,
- Laying new slabs,
- Replacing granite kerbs.
Stage of work on the CB21 stair ramp - mid-February to July 2026
- Establishment of the construction site,
- Removal of slabs and blocks and demolition of existing stairs and ramp,
- Cleaning and installation of new waterproofing,
- Construction of the new ramp,
- Installation of the drainage layer and lightweight backfill,
- Installation of utilities and lighting fixtures,
- Laying of new slabs.
